Terms and Conditions for Preview

1. Acceptance of Terms

   By accessing or using Preview (the “App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Purpose

   The App is provided solely for the purpose of evaluating Arity 875’s (“Arity”) mobile app technology offerings. It is not intended for commercial use, resale, or any other purpose. You may only access the App with an Arity-provided code that is personal to you.

3. License Grant

   Arity grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App solely for evaluation purposes. This license does not permit you to:

   • Modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App.
   • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
   • Use the App for any commercial or production purposes.
   • Share your user code with any other user.
4. Confidentiality

   You acknowledge that the App and any related materials are Arity’s confidential information. You agree not to disclose any information about the App to third parties without prior written consent from Arity.

5. Data Collection and Use

   During your use of the App, Arity may collect data related to your usage. This data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

   All intellectual property rights in the App and related materials are owned by Arity. Your use of the App does not grant you any rights to these intellectual properties.

7. Termination

   Arity reserves the right to terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms or for any other reason. You will delete the app when your evaluation is completed.

8. Disclaimers

   The App is provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied. Arity does not warrant that the App will be error-free or that access will be continuous or uninterrupted. Arity is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.

9. Governing Law

   These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

10. Changes to Terms

    Arity reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
