Your privacy choices
We understand you value the privacy of your personal information. You have specific rights under certain state privacy laws as described in our Privacy Statement. This page provides you with information about how to exercise those rights.
Arity collects geolocation and driving behavior data, and we use that information to link driving behavior information to device identifiers such as Mobile Ad IDs. Arity shares Mobile Ad IDs to help serve you interest-based advertising. Arity helps advertisers serve these ads through third-party websites and apps. Arity does not associate Mobile Ad IDs with names, phone numbers, addresses or any other combination of data that would allow Arity to reasonably match identities to this data.
Under California law, Arity’s sharing of Mobile Ad IDs for online advertising may be considered a “sale or sharing” of information. Additionally, Arity uses sensitive personal information (precise geolocation data) and shares insights derived from that information for targeted online advertising. California residents have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of their personal information and to limit the use of their sensitive personal information.
Under Connecticut law, Arity’s use of personal data to facilitate interest-based advertising is considered “targeted advertising”. Additionally, Arity’s sharing of Mobile Ad IDs for online advertising may be considered a “sale” of information.
Under Virginia law, Arity’s use of personal data to facilitate interest-based advertising is considered “targeted advertising”.
You have several options to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, opt out of targeted advertising, limit the use of your sensitive personal information, or control some of these activities, including:
DAA AppChoices tool

Mobile phone settings
You can also limit receiving interest-based online ads without downloading the DAA AppChoices tool by using the settings available in your mobile phone. Android Users (version 2.3 and above) may “Opt out of Ads Personalization” by following the instructions provided by Google in Google Play Help. iOS Users (version 6 and above) may limit “Personalized Ads” by following the instructions provided in the Apple Support Center. Please note that if you opt out of receiving interest-based ads, you will continue to receive ads, but the ads may be less relevant to you because they will not be based on information about you.
Your app settings
Some interest-based advertising can also be controlled within the settings of the individual mobile applications. To learn more, review the options available by mobile application providers.
