Welcome to Arity Services

As you may know, insurance companies consider many factors when determining an individual’s insurance premium. As permitted by law, one of the factors that could be considered is your driving data collected by insurers and/or mobile applications. As a result of data obtained from Arity Services, your premium or quoting price could be higher or lower depending on how the insurance carrier evaluates this risk.

Understanding your rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act

It’s very important to us that we use accurate information to help insurers establish a quoting price or premium amount. We urge you to understand and exercise your rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA).

You also have the right, under Section 611 of the Fair Credit Reporting Act, to dispute with the consumer reporting agency (Arity Services) the accuracy or completeness of any information in any consumer report furnished by the agency.
