Arity Services Consumer Report support
Arity Services Consumer Report center
Welcome to Arity Services
Arity Services is a Consumer Reporting Agency defined by the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Arity Services gets its information from companies that you interact with. Companies that share driving behavior data with Arity Services do so on demand when you agree to use your driving behavior data as part of an insurance quote.
As you may know, insurance companies consider many factors when determining an individual’s insurance premium. As permitted by law, one of the factors that could be considered is your driving data collected by insurers and/or mobile applications. As a result of data obtained from Arity Services, your premium or quoting price could be higher or lower depending on how the insurance carrier evaluates this risk.
Understanding your rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act
It’s very important to us that we use accurate information to help insurers establish a quoting price or premium amount. We urge you to understand and exercise your rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA).
Under Section 612 of the Fair Credit Reporting Act, you have the right to obtain one free copy of your driving report from Arity Services during a 12-month period. You also have the right, under Section 611 of the Fair Credit Reporting Act, to dispute with the consumer reporting agency (Arity Services) the accuracy or completeness of any information in any consumer report furnished by the agency.
