HOW is an Arity Driving Score for auto insurance pricing calculated?  

Arity uses driving behavior data shared through participating apps and services to help calculate an Arity Driving Score. The score is based on driving behaviors that may be associated with risk, including phone handling while driving, speeding, hard braking, and when you drive.

HOW can my Arity Driving Score be used when shopping for auto insurance? How can I access it?

While Arity is a B2B company, our products and services benefit consumers – they’re just delivered via our partners.

If a consumer chooses to share eligible driving information as part of an auto insurance shopping experience, participating insurance companies may consider driving behavior information when providing a personalized quote. Required consumer consent must be obtained before eligible driving information is made available to a participating carrier.

So how does this work? If you’re eligible, you may be able to review your Arity® Driving Report and Arity® Driving Score before deciding whether to use eligible driving information while shopping for auto insurance.
